About Us
A BRIEF HISTORY
Agape Development Initiative started operations in 2018, as a non-formal voluntary faith based help group in providing educational and household economic strengthening support and also collaborating to provide health sensitization in communities. Thus from its early days the founders of Agape Development Initiative for The Youth and Vulnerable believed in helping the very poor in our communities, especially orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). Driven by a desire to expand the support to all OVC and other vulnerable groups the founders decided to register Agape Development Initiative for The Youth and Vulnerable with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Civil Society on HIV&AIDS in Nigeria (CiSHAN) and Association of OVC NGOs in Nigeria (AONN).

A society that is free of poverty, marginalization, infectious and non-communicable diseases, gender based violence, irregular migration and human trafficking.
OUR MISSION
To provide deprived, neglected, and impoverished rural people with a world that cares, where their hopes and dreams can be realized, through sensitization, education, capacity building, household economic empowerment, and infrastructure development.
